I.c of Acirema Review

I.c of Acirema Review

As part of a great giveaway I have coming to you very soon, Lori sent So Sew Mama some awesome product samples to share with you. First, let me tell you a little bit about why i was eager to work with Lori. We are a huge fan of organic and eco-friendly products here. I am a mom of three and I know the more people the more waste. Which can really stink. ha.
We do our part by cloth diapering our children as well. When I can find affordable high quality products I do my best to get in on that.

Oh hey, did you know that Acirema is America spelled backwards? Cool right?

Lori is always looking for the highest quality ingredients available. She also works hard to find the best prices possible to keep her products affordable.
What is more, she looks for minimally processed ingredients.  No synthetic ingredients here!
Lori is also a certified clinical herbalist.

Which is why I was honored when Lori sent us some pretty awesome Goodies to try out!

Baby Bum & Boo-Boo Salve

This stuff is pretty solid at room temperature. Just rub a bit on your fingers and apply to the affected area. It works great for little bum rashes or even those little rolls on babies legs. I know baby girl has chunky legs and the little creases will get red sometimes. Baby Bum & Boo-Boo salve helps heal it up real quick. Baby Bum & Boo-Boo Salve even works for cracked and sore nipples! Believe me when I say this. I have tried it. I just make sure to wipe it off before nursing. Which is never an issue. I only rarely have a problem. It's great to use after showering. The smell is amazing! Which will be something I say about all of Lori's products for sure! Currently not available on her etsy site. But I know if you message her she may just get it made up for you.

What's in it:
Olive oil, Bees Wax, Shea & Mango butter,Apricot oils, sesame, organic raw coconut oil, sunflower & rice bran, jojoba, calendula, marshmallow, plantain, comfrey root, chamomile, roses, lavendar, chickweed, vitamin E, ROE, oils of roman chamomile

Ah, the Mug Paste. Where do I begin? At first glance after opening I was a bit intimidated by the color. It is obviously dark. Which is because of what is in it. It didn't deter me from trying it, however. My face needed it badly! Breastfeeding will often leave your skin dry. Especially is you don't follow the water drinking rule. I have my days. What is Mug paste? It is raw, Colorado honey mixed with skin-healing and naturally antiseptic herbs and nutrients. Mildly exfoliate dead skin to leave room for a smooth new face. Yes! Ok, so how does one use Mug paste? You leave it on like a mask! Seriously. However yucky it looks this stuff smells awesome. It is supposed to be left on for at least 10 minutes. So take a hot bath and relax and let the aroma of the sweet Calendula lavish you. Some days I put it on while I'm getting ready for my shower and just gently scrub it off. My face is always left smooth and moisturized after each use, no matter the time spent.

One of my favorite products and Lori's best seller. The eye pop cream is refreshing and exciting. A tiny bit goes a super long way. The Eye Pop cream is light weight and non greasy. Gently apply it with your ring finger in a circular motion. You will quickly understand why it pops. I immediately felt the tingle. It wasn't long before I realized why so many use it on their entire face. This stuff works! I have rosacia and found this helps to alieve my inflammation quickly.

We all love the moisturizing affects of baby oil right? Just hate the awful bad products that are found in most brands. I  have a solution for you! Cuddle Me Herbal!! It goes on easily and soaks right into skin. It wont leave the skin extra oily either. Which is something that is so hard to find. We used our Cuddle Me in the bath as well. We use a Blooming bath. Which is a Minky baby bath. I was a bit scared at first that it would cause extra work, but it really didn't. We add a couple drops to every bath for each of the three kids. All of my kids have eczema and every little bit counts. I love the ingredients used in making all of these products. They are very inflammation friendly. Which helps many skin conditions. Sweet smelling and leaves silky smooth skin.

Rawr.. Lori created dragon juice as a natural and healthy alternative to juices for her kiddos. It also has a pretty cool red color and an awesome citrusy taste. Full of great nutrition as to be expected by Lori. I'm a big fan of tea myself. My kids may or may not eventually like it. Lori says to mix it with juice and over time decrease the amount of juice. I'm definitely going to work on it. Right now though, my oldest likes to have pretend Tea time with me. Which is still cute. As these are all tonic herbs, that means they are great for everyday use. It is deliciously tasty hot or cold.

If you have kids, you already know that they can get little ouchies. We go through this almost daily here. My son had a miraculous cut on his finger today. i'm still not sure where it came from. He was just playing right in front of me. This stuff is a great alternative to painful alcohol for cleaning those minor cuts. It isn't just for baby butt! Use it while you are out at the park or even in the house. It is great to use with your cloth wipes while changing diapers as well. Help heal those chaffed bums.
