Teespring - crowd funded custom apparel!

This is a compensated sponsored post. All views and opinions are my own

I heard about Teespring a while back. This is because it was a Rhode Island based business, and wouldn't you know it, I live in little RI myself! So getting to assist a company near to me, is always something I enjoy! What is more, as a consumer, you are purchasing products for great causes!

What is Teespring?

Teespring allows you to create & sell custom tees with zero upfront costs, and zero risk.
Create & sell t-shirts online the easy way. No paying thousands of dollars upfront, no guessing how many shirts or what sizes you'll need, and no passing out t-shirts one by one and chasing people down for cash.

Design a tee with our online designer, choose a goal, and set a price to launch a campaign page where you can send your supporters to buy their tees.

Share your campaign page with supporters and collect pre-orders towards your goal. Pre-ordering is free: buyers will only be charged if the goal is reached.

You can continue to sell shirts past your goal until your campaign ends. Once it does, we handle printing & shipping and you get a check for the profit!

One unique feature that I love about Teespring is that you can set a future goal date to reach before you are charged for the shirts! Wow! That is incredible. This way you don't need to worry about purchasing hundred of shirts to only sell a few. No money lost! That is a huge plus to most.

Use the online designer to design the shirt of your dreams! It is super easy to do too!
You can find many great example campaigns here.

The Matty Fund is a charity to help spread awareness of Epilepsy during National Epilepsy Awareness Month. It is also a RI based fund. They sold 1605 shirts at $10 each! Their goal was only 1,000. So this is incredible. That shirt is awesome too. I wish I could buy one. But that campaign is closed. But don't fret, there is always a new campaign and really awesome shirts for great causes.

The shipping is reasonable, and even low in my opinion. You can learn more about getting you voice heard at the Teespring school too. There are many ideas to be found. Including starting facebook groups, twitter pages, and email feeds. I also would recommend twitter parties! Hosting and sponsoring twitter parties is another great way to get the word out there. It isn't just for bramnds and products!

What are you waiting for? Give it a try and see what you come up with. Add your own words and graphics. Make money!

Have you used this service? I would love to see what you have made. Just leave the link/image in the comments. Who knows, you may get the word out even more about you cause/group!

You have read a compensated post. Although I received compensation, that does not affect my opinion or view of the service above. I would only recommend companies and products that I would use.
