Beauty Box Five review

I received the products as noted below for review purposes. All views are my own.

I love subscription boxes! They are more often then not filled with products that I have yet to hear of. Which is always a nice surprise. Beauty Box 5 is a monthly beauty box subscription that delivers 4-5 sample and full size products right to your door. As an added bonus you receive special discounts to partner brands and free shipping!

I received the October Box not too long ago and it wasn't overwhelming. I do like some of the products. I think that is their was a way to customize it a bit I would be more for it. I do not paint my nails. When I do, I don't use glitter polish. I really stink at painting nails. Toes? Forget about that! The product that was new and inviting in this box was the Illusion Lip Pencil. It is worth $20.00 and for that price alone, the box was worth it. The other product I loved was the Aveeno moisturizer. Who doesn't love Aveeno? It is more of a travel size sample, but it does wonders for my dry skin. Especially now when the weather in New England doesn't know what it wants to do.

Every month you will get a box filled with cosmetic products selected by our beauty editor. You'll receive a mixture of luxury, commonly known brands, niche brands, eco-conscious and even vegan brands. Your beauty box will include a selection of makeup, hair care, skin care, nail care, fragrances and beauty accessories.
Whether you're a cosmetic newbie or a beauty guru, identify yourself as adventurous and playful or classy and mature, like to splurge on high-end items or be a savvy spender, we have everything you're looking for.

What was in this box.

Aveeno - Daily Moisturizing Lotion (ARV $6.99 for 8oz)
It leaves skin silky smooth without leaving it with a greasy residue. My skin was left soft after use.

Model Co Illusion Lip Pencil (ARV $20.00 One Size)
This lip pencil comes in a nude shade that will enhance your lips fullness. I loved that it had added cocoa and shea butter. Again, my lips are pretty dry and even just that little bit gave them a more softer look.

Swissco Glitter Toe Separators (ARV $2.00)
I'm not really into painting my toe nails. But I have never really been able to get toe separators to stay on my feet as I am sure they should. I am pretty petite so maybe I just am unaware of how to use them properly. I would have preferred a different sample.

La Fresh Travel Lite Facial Cleasing Wipes.
These come in handy to leave in the purse. If you go out to eat, the movies, or away for the weekend these facial wipes will make traveling lite easy.

Nubar Alter Ego Nail Lacquer (ARV $8.00 for .5ml)
My daughter loves glitter nail polish. I am sure some adults do to, but it really isn't for me. Something about it screams Junior High. It just doesn't work for me. But I am also someone who dislikes red polish or darker colors. It's not my thing.

This was my first try with Beauty Box 5, and it was not all bad. I think the sizes of the products and samples were decent. Since I greatly enjoyed the full sized lip pencil, I do believe the box is worth the cost. For $12 a box, it is worth it! I would definitely purchase the box again. I would love to see if any of their future boxes are better than this one. I do wish that their were at least coupons in the box as well.

Purchase your Beauty Box 5 for just $12 a month or $30 for 3 months!

I received the products as noted to express my honest opinion. All views are my own and may differ from yours. I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
