The Voice Season 6 to return Mondays & Tuesdays on @NBC! #familyTVnight #TheVoice

Have you watched the previous seasons on The Voice on NBC? It's been one of my favorite performance based shows. I'm so excited that it is returning on February 24th!

Shakira and Usher rejoin Blake and Adam when Season 6 premieres Monday!

Will you be watching The Voice with your family? I know that mine will.

"The Voice" returns with the strongest vocalists from across the country invited to compete in the blockbuster vocal competition show's sixth season. Celebrity musicians and coaches Adam Levine, Shakira, Usher and Blake Shelton return, while Carson Daly continues to serve as host.

The show's innovative format features four stages of competition: the blind auditions, the battle rounds, the knockouts and finally, the live performance shows.

"The Voice" is a presentation of Mark Burnett's One Three Inc., Talpa Media USA Inc. and Warner Horizon Television. The series is created by John de Mol, who executive produces along with Burnett, Audrey Morrissey, Stijn Bakkers and Lee Metzger.

I'm a huge fan of the blind auditions. Some of them are really entertaining as well as ridiculous! Somehow we always seem to remember the most horrendous people! Don't judge me, I won't judge you. Although, I would greatly dislike being a judge. I doubt I could say no to any of them. They have far much more courage than I do. That's for sure.

What makes The Voice unique from its competitors? Well, If you haven't been able to catch the five previous seasons this show is nothing like the rest. The judges cannot SEE the auditions! That's right, their chairs are turned away. This is a great way to avoid people being judged by looks alone and it's also fun.

  1. My family and I will not be tuning in on this one. We have found that watching TV, even as a family, is not terribly helpful so we choose to do other things instead most times.
