WorkOutsOnDemand.com Review ~ Get #fit!

I received a free product sample to help facilitate this review. Regardless all opinions are my own.

On the mornings that I am up before my kids, which are few and far between; I like to get my day started off right with a HUGE cup of coffee and a quick workout. Which is obviously not the easiest of tasks. I have tried so many different things, and used to use Netflix.. not anymore! The wii has been collecting dust as well. I have spent most of the last 5 years pregnant, so who can blame me. This 50 lbs that I want to shed just won't go away.

Diets Just do not work. For me to lose weight I need to exercise hard core every day of the week. That is just not possible at the moment. I even have a gym membership! My husband uses it daily. Lucky for him that he was able to bulk up on muscle while I bulk up on fat. Oh well.

When I found Work Outs On Demand, I knew it was something that would make working out for a few minutes at a time possible. Whether it is  right before bed, while I am trying to "shower" or use the bathroom. Hey, you can work out anywhere! I have three kids so I have to use my time sparingly. It isn't easy. So while I am in between nursing sessions and in between teaching my almost 5 year old to read and my 4 year old to use the potty I do my best to get online and use the very interactive website!

Workoutsondemand.com has over 200 gym style exercise videos that you can use on your computer and even download.  You can use the website to stream just about anywhere. You can use it in the gym if you really want to! I enjoyed the express videos that last from five to 10 minutes. It makes getting a quick routine easy.  If you need motivation as I so often do you can use the exercise journal that has several tools to use.
The wide array of types of videos are amazing! You can literally find just about any type of workout you need. Customize your own daily routine or mix it up!

The website is great for busy moms. It doesn't have much strength training, according to my husband who enjoys extremely high impact weight lifting. But That isn't for most of us "normal" people.

It is an awesome way to save money. Just download and go! I highly recommend their website.

I am hoping to lose weight before spring! We are going to Disney World in May. Shhh. Don't tell the kids!
